1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bat477 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the bat477 website available at bat477.club, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, betting markets, cashier functions, and customer support channels operated under the bat477 brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the bat477 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bat477 platform and, if applicable, contact support at [email protected] to close your account.

2 Eligibility & Age

Access to the bat477 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to create and maintain an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. bat477 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts on the bat477 platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by bat477 itself or by any third-party responsible gambling organisation, at the time of registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or in any capacity as an agent, nominee, or proxy for a third party when using the bat477 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bat477 expressly prohibits access by minors. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be frozen, and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation. No winnings will be paid out on an account determined to belong to a minor.

3 Account Registration

If your personal information changes at any time, you are obligated to update your account details promptly or notify support at [email protected].

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active account on the bat477 platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bat477 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them upon discovery of such a breach.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat477 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bat477 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bat477 immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bat477 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1 Deposits

• bat477 does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bat477 accepts no liability.
• All funds deposited to your bat477 account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• bat477 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. This may include submission of a National ID, passport, proof of address, or payment method confirmation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days.
• bat477 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its compliance and fraud prevention processes.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Practices including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus more than once, making low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations constitute bonus abuse. bat477 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the bat477 platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, card games, and dice games.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets placed on bat477 are final once confirmed. bat477 does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except where bat477 determines that an obvious technical error or pricing error has occurred.
• bat477 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and their stake refunded in such circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

• In-play (live) betting markets for cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to suspension at any time during the event if data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result that is not officially confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI), bat477 will apply its standard void/settle procedures as detailed in the specific sport's rules page.
• bat477 does not accept bets placed after an event has concluded or after the relevant market has been suspended, even if a technical issue caused the market to remain visible as open.

6.3 Casino & Card Games

• All casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and card games such as Callbreak use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real-world game equipment provided by certified studios.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, bat477's system will resolve the round according to the game's rules at the point of disconnection. bat477 accepts no liability for connectivity issues caused by a player's internet service provider or device.
• Game histories are stored in bat477's system logs and are available to players on request for a reasonable period. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, bat477's server-side logs constitute the definitive record.

7 User Obligations

By using the bat477 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances at bat477's sole discretion.

• Lawful Use: You must use the bat477 platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the platform to facilitate any illegal activity including fraud, money laundering, or financing of criminal enterprises.
• Honest Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information to bat477 at all times, including during registration, identity verification, and any support interaction.
• No Automated Access: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting systems, data scrapers, or any other automated tools to access or interact with the bat477 platform without prior written authorisation from bat477.
• No Collusion: You must not collude with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. This includes sharing information about cards held in live poker or card games.

• Respect for Platform Integrity: You must not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the bat477 platform for financial gain. Any such attempt must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bat477 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal behaviour
• Bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or collusion
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body
• Discovery that the player is registered on a self-exclusion list

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request voluntary closure of their bat477 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bat477 will process any eligible remaining balance to the player's registered payment method after completing any required verification steps. Accounts closed at a player's voluntary request may be re-opened upon request, subject to the player satisfying bat477's current eligibility criteria at the time of the re-opening request.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bat477 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum defined period to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, bat477 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform during the exclusion period. 8.3 Balance on Closure

Where a bat477 account is closed by bat477 due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any balance held within the account will depend on the nature and severity of the breach. Where the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, bat477 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the closure is for other reasons, bat477 will endeavour to return the verified real-money balance (excluding unearned bonus funds) to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat477, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bat477 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or outages affecting the availability or functionality of the platform
• Outcomes of games or bets placed on the platform, including jackpot failures or odds calculation errors later identified as system errors
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or data feed providers

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bat477's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

bat477 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a notice period before changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms is always available at bat477.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the bat477 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the bat477 platform immediately and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure. bat477 will process any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 8 of these Terms.
